The Creative Group were engaged at the early stages of the Mandeville development, when the tenancies were still in draft form. Due to being engaged at this early stage we had the opportunity to provide input into the size, shape and positioning of this hospitality tenancy.
The Creative Group worked with the clients to establish a fitout brief, from the number of occupants, use of the space, zones and kitchen requirements to suit the menu offering, through to the look and feel of the interiors. The space was required to morph from an early morning coffee and breakfast stop, through to a late-night dining establishment, occasionally hosting some live music.
The Creative Group liaised with not only our clients but the landlord and the project management team to ensure the result was sympathetic to the Mandeville Village setting whilst providing a warm and inviting interior that gave a sense of home away from home.
